New building projects begin with the targeted acquisition of appropriate building sites, followed by the development of a location-appropriate concept for the planned commercial or residential use. Preliminary designs are then drafted for coordination with the appropriate authorities. Negotiations with potential users are also conducted in this beginning stage, as well as the securing of financing based on a global calculation.
All projects are realized in close agreement with the selected partners for planning and construction services. The HAVIKA team manages calls for tenders and negotiations, legal protection, the continual supervision of all constructional and economic procedures, quality control and coordination with the user - in short: it assumes overall responsibility. Our extensive experience in real estate development enables us to economically implement the demands of future users with regard to fl oor space organization and design.
